How we are paid
There is no broker fee at the outset, however depending on the case we may also charge you a fee of up to 0.5% of the mortgage advance. We can also work on a fee basis, in this situation our fee would be 1.25% of the loan amount.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
